Include a before and after tool that records the changes made to the registry after each program is made.

Include a toggle that would automatically turn this tool on each time you started to install a program. Also enable the user to compare these changes when wanting to delete particular entries after a scan. This would give the user especially novice users some help towards being able to decide whether a registry entry should be removed or not.
